2009 Fall Soccer Season Registration

Early walk-in registration has ended, however, you may still register for the upcoming season.
You must go to http://www.eayso.org to register your child. Once you have done that, you can mail in your completed application, along with your payment to the region's p.o. box. The address is as follows:

2009 Fall Registration Fees

1st Child - $150
2nd Child - $100
Each additional thereafter - $50

Players Ages:
4 1/2 to 18 years old as of July 31st, 2009.
New players will be required to show a valid
birth certificate for verification.
